Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital service, no refunds
JobsEasy sells one-time digital access passes (7-day, 14-day, 30-day). Access is granted instantly on successful payment. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where mandated by applicable consumer-protection law.
No auto-renewal
Our access passes are one-time — they do not auto-renew and your card is not charged again. When your access expires, you can choose to buy another pass.
Failed or duplicate transactions
If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice for the same plan, email us at support@yourdomain.com with your transaction ID. We will verify with Razorpay and process a refund within 7–10 business days.
Shipping
JobsEasy is a digital service. There are no physical goods and therefore no shipping.
