How is this different from a subscription?
Subscriptions auto-renew until you actively cancel. Our passes don't — you pay once, use it for the chosen window, and that's it.
Which payment methods are supported?
All Indian payment options via Razorpay — UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, wallets. International cards are accepted but charged in INR.
Will I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. A payment receipt is emailed automatically. For a GST invoice, reply to that email with your GSTIN.
What if my payment fails but money is deducted?
Bank-side temporary holds are automatically reversed within 5–7 business days. If yours isn't, email us with the transaction ID and we'll escalate with Razorpay.
Can I extend my access before it expires?
Yes — buy another pass anytime. The new duration is added on top of any remaining days.
Are refunds available?
