Salary: £27,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Expected Earnings: £40,000 – £80,000+ per year
Location: Harlow, Essex (Office-Based)

We are looking for ambitious and driven sales professionals to join a growing training and education business. This is a consultative telephone sales role focused on helping prospective students choose the right training programmes to advance their careers.

All enquiries are inbound through marketing campaigns, social media, webinars, and website enquiries. No cold calling, field sales, or door knocking is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and qualify incoming enquiries
• Conduct telephone consultations with prospective students
• Recommend suitable training programmes
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Manage and follow up your sales pipeline
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the enrolment process

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sales, Recruitment, Business Development, Estate Agency, Finance, or another target-driven role
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
