Tech Intern (Technology, SaaS & Project Support)

Location: Toronto, ON / London, ON
Job Type: Paid Summer Internship
Salary: $48,000 – $50,000 (Annualized, Pro-Rated)

We are seeking a motivated Tech Intern to support development, technology, and product initiatives within a collaborative SaaS environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to project coordination, software development processes, testing, documentation, research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technology and software development projects
• Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and documentation
• Participate in software testing, quality assurance, and validation activities
• Support platform migration and technology initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation and process guides
• Assist with ticket management and issue tracking
• Research technical solutions and industry best practices
• Identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Development teams
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and project discussions
• Support workflow improvements and operational processes

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Technology, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS products, and software development
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and systems
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with technology projects, coursework, or digital tools is an asset
