Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per year

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to support product development, technical sales, and customer satisfaction initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, helping bridge the gap between customer requirements and business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new product and part introduction processes
- Review technical drawings and product specifications
- Coordinate sample approvals, testing, and analysis
- Support RFQ and product-related technical enquiries
- Assist with contract reviews, feasibility studies, and product approvals
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers
- Maintain product data and documentation systems
- Support customer visits and resolve technical issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and sales growth
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to improve product quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in product development, engineering, or technical sales is advantageous
