We are looking for a Product Analyst to help shape and deliver innovative SaaS products and features within a fast-growing technology environment. This role combines product strategy, business analysis, customer research, UI/UX thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to create solutions that deliver exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new software products and features from concept to launch
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements and business needs
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams
  • Conduct product research and identify market opportunities
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
  • Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements
  • Support product roadmap planning and strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive product enhancements
  • Contribute to product vision, innovation, and long-term growth strategies
  • Balance technical feasibility, customer needs, and business objectives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or Consulting
  • STEM degree or equivalent technical background preferred
  • Experience working with SaaS products and software platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
  • Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments
