Customer Service Representative / Loan Application Specialist
Salary: $18.00 – $18.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a customer-focused professional to support customers throughout the online loan application and funds transfer process. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience while working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with loan application and verification processes
- Answer customer inquiries accurately and professionally
- Use web-based systems to investigate and verify information
- Provide guidance on products and services
- Build rapport and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Handle escalated customer concerns when required
- Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team targets
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Spanish language skills are an advantage
