Business Development Manager

Location: Oldbury, West Midlands (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Manager with experience in the Workwear, Uniform, or PPE industry. This hybrid role combines office-based strategy with field sales, giving you the opportunity to build new business relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and secure new B2B business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to business growth through strategic sales initiatives
  • Support tender and bid opportunities where applicable

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Workwear, Corporate Uniforms, or PPE sales (Essential)
  • Proven track record in B2B business development and new sales generation
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially focused with a target-driven mindset
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
