Business Development Executive (South Region)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and develop long-term client relationships across the Southern region.

The role involves prospecting, networking, attending client meetings, preparing quotations and proposals, conducting site visits, and working closely with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. You will have the freedom to manage your own territory, develop sales strategies, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track leads and opportunities
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Conduct client meetings and site consultations
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams
  • Report sales activity, pipeline progress, and forecasts
  • Support business growth initiatives and networking events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload and territory
  • Experience using CRM systems is preferred
  • Confident in preparing proposals and delivering presentations
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and industry practices
