Location: Oldbury, West Midlands (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year + Uncapped Commission
We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Manager with experience in the Workwear, Uniform, or PPE industry. This hybrid role combines office-based strategy with field sales, giving you the opportunity to build new business relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and secure new B2B business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Negotiate and close sales agreements
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to business growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Support tender and bid opportunities where applicable
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Workwear, Corporate Uniforms, or PPE sales (Essential)
- Proven track record in B2B business development and new sales generation
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially focused with a target-driven mindset
- Fluent English communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
