JobsEasy is an information service that surfaces publicly available remote job listings. We are not a recruiter, employer, agent, or representative of any company listed. We do not process applications, conduct interviews, or influence hiring decisions in any way.

2. No guarantees

We make no representation or warranty — express or implied — regarding:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any job listing.
  • Legitimacy, conduct, or hiring practices of any listed company.
  • Salary figures, job descriptions, or benefits mentioned in listings.
  • That you will receive a response, interview, callback, or offer.
  • That any AI-generated scores or insights reflect actual hiring likelihood — these are estimates for guidance only.

You are solely responsible for verifying every listing on the company's official website before applying or sharing any personal information.

3. Use at your own risk

Use of JobsEasy is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for:

  • Job scams, fraudulent postings, or misleading listings. We remove these when reported but cannot pre-screen every listing.
  • Time spent applying to roles.
  • Personal data you choose to share with third-party employers.
  • Outcomes of any application, interview, or employment relationship.

4. Subscriptions and refunds

Paid access passes (7-day, 14-day, 30-day) unlock the apply links and premium features for the purchased duration. All payments are final and non-refundable because digital access is granted immediately upon successful payment, except where mandated by applicable consumer-protection law. Access automatically expires at the end of the purchased period and does not auto-renew — you can purchase another pass at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape our content, resell or republish our data, share your login, use bots, or attempt to bypass the paywall. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

6. AI-generated content

Scores, summaries, and recommendations on the site are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. Treat them as one input among many, not as professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsEasy's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold JobsEasy harmless against any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law
