Regional Retail & Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per year + Up to 20% Bonus + £5,000 Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced Regional Retail & Operations Manager to oversee multiple retail locations and drive commercial performance across a regional portfolio. This leadership role combines operations management, sales growth, financial oversight, people leadership, and strategic planning to maximize profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and operations of multiple retail locations
• Take full ownership of regional Profit & Loss (P&L), budgeting, and forecasting
• Drive sales growth, revenue, profitability, and operational excellence
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams
• Develop and implement regional business and operational strategies
• Conduct store visits, operational audits, and compliance reviews
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Implement improvement plans for underperforming stores
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, employee development, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and company standards
• Prepare business performance reports for senior leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Regional Retail Manager, Multi-Site Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Area Manager
• Experience managing multiple retail locations across a region
• Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning experience
• Demonstrated success driving sales growth and operational performance
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities
• Experience monitoring KPIs and implementing performance improvement initiatives
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
