We are seeking a Research Assistant to support an innovative laboratory-based research project focused on stem cell biology, organoid development, and regenerative medicine. This role involves conducting advanced laboratory experiments, managing research data, contributing to scientific publications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary research teams to deliver high-quality research outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory experiments involving stem cell culture and organoid development
• Perform advanced laboratory techniques including stem cell maintenance, cryopreservation, and flow cytometry
• Collect, manage, and analyze experimental research data
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and technical documentation
• Prepare research reports, manuscripts, and scientific publications
• Submit research findings to peer-reviewed journals and respond to reviewer feedback
• Coordinate research activities with clinicians, researchers, suppliers, and collaborators
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality, health, and safety standards
• Support project planning, delivery, and stakeholder communication
• Contribute to ongoing scientific research and innovation initiatives

Requirements

• PhD in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Regenerative Medicine, or a related field
• Strong experience in stem cell culture and organoid development
• Experience with laboratory research techniques and experimental design
• Proven publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research priorities
